it is a gaming table. Available with an optional dining top, the first
thing your guests will notice is the fine detail in construction of your
living room centerpiece.
The Night Hawk is a 55" round table with a precise CNC cut chip rack
inlay for all eight player positions. Built with a high density plush
armrest, the table features a removable playing surface and 4in
stainless steel extra large cup holders for wine glasses.
How to Receive Your Poker Table
Freight deliveries a tad bit different than your everyday ground shipments, so please read this over at least once.
Upon receiving your order, we will book the proper freight on your
behalf. We will then send you your tracking information via email. The
freight company will then be in contact prior to final delivery, to
schedule the best time for drop off.
Upon arrival....
Once your table arrives for final delivery, MAKE SURE YOU OPEN AND
INSPECT THE TABLE WHILE THE DRIVER IS PRESENT! Before you sign off on
the delivery, make sure you check that your table arrived in perfect
condition. All tables are insured, but damages must be accounted for
during final delivery, or it will delay (or sometimes negate) the claim.
In the event you get a pushy driver who insists on heading off to his
next delivery, make sure he marks on the Bill of Lading, "Customer Will
Inspect". This releases you from fault and allows you to inspect after
the driver leaves.
In case of damage...No Worries!
In the event that your table was damaged in transit, DO NOT ACCEPT THE
DELIVERY. Make sure you have the driver mark, "Refused, damaged upon
delivery" on the table. Then give us a call and let us know. 95% of the
time, we will just have to make a phone call on your behalf, then we can
send out a replacement table immediately.
But like 99% of our customers, who never run into damage issues - open, inspect, sign the bill of lading and enjoy!
Keep in mind that if you sign the bill of lading, you are releasing all
liability from the freight company, so inspect, inspect, inspect!
